In conclusion I beg to inform Your Lordship that the present Military Establishment costs £63,894.3.2 per annum. The reduced Establishment proposed by me in the first instance, and shown in Schedule A, amounts to £49,483.14.11, exhibiting a saving of £14,410.8.3; and my
